EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSURES These are the arrangements if school needs to be closed due to severe weather or any other reason:
· We will send you a text message using the Teachers2Parents text messaging service. · Listen to Radio Oxford (VHF/FM 95.2) or Heart FM (VHF/FM 102.6/ 97.4 / 102.9 / 97.0 / 103.4) for updates on closures · We will endeavour to change the school answer machine message (01869 345283) depending on whether any staff can access the school and we will update this page.

In our November 2011 OFSTED/HMI inspection to look at, in particular English, we were graded as "Good" in all areas of Overall Effectiveness, Leadership and Management, Quality of Teaching and Quality of the Curriculum.
In July 2010 Fritwell School was inspected by the Statutory inspections of Anglican Schools and we were graded as "Outstanding" in all areas.They said:
"The distinctiveness and effectiveness of Fritwell C of E Primary School as a Church of England school is outstanding”
